What personal data do we collect and how is it collected?
When MDS-RIGHT partners and stakeholders enrol onto our mailing list via mds-europe.eu we collect name, email address, role and/or stakeholder group and study centre/organisation (where relevant). This data is provided by the individual registrant through completion of our registration forms.
Who collects this data?
Data is collected by the University of York, UK.
Why is this data being collected and how will it be used?
We will use your contact details to inform you of study progress and to disseminate research output and updates to guidelines. We may also contact you to ask for your input into projects undertaken as part of the study and to invite you to meetings and events.
Will we share your personal data?
Contact details are shared with the MDS-RIGHT Project Management Team at Radboud University UMC, Nijmegen via our secure web system. All personal data are stored securely and can only accessed by a restricted number of people involved in running the MDS-RIGHT project.
Is it possible to opt out?
Email communications from MDS-RIGHT contain links to allow you to unsubscribe from our mailing list or you can manage your contact preferences at any time via https://mds-europe.eu/mailing/preferences.
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.
Any personal information provided voluntarily by the visitors of our website remains confidential.
